John spent quite a bit of time reviewing the sales process with me and then keeping me updated as we went through each step of the process. I had questions and John spent hours on the phone with me making sure that I fully understood my options and everything that was going to happen throughout the sale process. First I want to start by thanking John for the help and service he provided to my husband and I. My husband and I knew we wanted to purchase a home for a while but we were waiting for the “right moment”. John was referred to me by one of my co-workers, his words were “if you want an agent that knows and will tell you how it is, John is the right man for the job”. To be honest, at first I did not have my hopes up because of the stories you hear of agents putting aside the customers feeling at the cost of the customers pockets. John did not only proved how well rounded he is but he always did what was in our best interest. He made himself available at all hours of the day. Whether it was us sending him a Refin or Trulia link or answering a question, he always responded no matter what time it was. He would give us the pros and cons of the listing and when we would decide on a listing he would act on it immediately. When we found our now new home, things moved as fast as they go. We saw the listing on a Saturday night, he contacted the listing agent and on Sunday we were seeing the house. He ensure to speak to my husband all the details of the house he spotted and ensure to tell him the pros and cons of the house that way if we would decide to move forward we would be able to make an informed decision. The same night he drafted the offer and submitted it. By Monday afternoon, we had a counter offer and based on his recommendation our offer was picked above all the other offers. He truly does his homework when it comes to making an offer and ensures we are not over or under paying. One thing that John made clear since our first meeting is that he will make sure we are protected throughout the entire process. Purchasing a home is a big commitment and it can get scary. The one thing for my husband and I was that we always felt at ease because John had our backs. He help us get extra stuff that we never thought it was possible. As first time buyers, we could have been easy prey but not for John. He is a great negotiator and he will try to do his best to get you the best deal possible. John’s communication is at another level. He was fast to act on any communication from our lender and submitted all paper on time. Even when the bank was ready to close, John had them wait in order for us to get some extra credits during escrow. From the day my husband and I met John to the day we got the keys to our home, I had only known John for 40 days. Like I said he moves fast. He was truly dedicated to helping us find our forever home. If we would ever decide to purchase another home, John would definitely be the first person I call. John if your are reading this… WE COULD NEVER THANK YOU ENOUGH!!

Great agent. I met him at an open house and put an offer in and even though that fell through, he persevered with me and we kept looking for places for a few months. Always quick to provide comps for other condos and talk about a fair price. An honest realtor who will spend the time looking at places and not try and get you to buys something that is not right for you or overpriced. Great local knowledge and friendly personality. I doubt you will find better.! Now I have a loft in downtown Long beach to call home.
